Downtown San Diego Hair Club For Men
The Downtown Hair Club For Men was a 5,800SF Tenant Improvement project that converted office space into an Upscale Treatment Facility with 16 Treatment Rooms, Laser Treatment Room, Open Wash/Dry Area, and Reception Area. Along with an Upgraded Fire Suppression System, Electrical System, HVAC System, and Plumbing Upgrades, this TI boasts impressive finish details such as Custom Millwork with Stainless Steel Counter Tops, New Wall and Floor Tiling, Wood Luxury Vinyl Tile Flooring, and a custom "Bubble Wall" Water Feature Tank.

Edward Jones Tenant Improvement
The Edward Jones Tenant Improvement consisted of bringing a dated office space up to modern aesthetic and technological standards. Our Lakewood Builders team outfitted this office space with Level 5 Smooth Drywall, New Ceiling Grid with Fresh Ceiling Tile and Modern Lighting, New LVT Flooring, and Glass Partitions and Sidelights.

The Gillispie School Phase 2
The second of our multi-phased project with The Gillispie School in La Jolla will merge the newly acquired commercial lots adjacent to the existing school grounds to add additional square feet used for special programs and activities for the students and faculty. The proposed expansion will include renovating the existing commercial building into a new space which will allow for a library, theater, music area, and science/maker space.

North Park Optometry
This Tenant Improvement aimed to bring modern and refreshing updates to the popular North Park Optometry office. We adorned this Storefront with new LVT flooring, pendant lighting, sleek millwork, and fresh paint giving this neighborhood classic a well deserved upgrade.

The Gillispie School Phase 1
The Gillispie School project saw a multitude of site improvements and interior renovations. On an accelerated 6 day per week schedule, our team was able demo and clear out the four primary building structures and complete over 1,000 SF of additions, all new MEP systems, and a variety of site improvements such as ADA updates, site security, and landscape and playground structures.

Morehouse Samsung Office
This office tenant improvement project with Samsung and the Pacific Coast Commercial involved a completely new floor plan to open up the space that once had numerous small private offices. A newly remodeled kitchenette and break room, interior lighting upgrades, floor and wall scar patching, as well as new door hardware.

Moorpark College Academic Center
The Academic Center at Moorpark College in Ventura County is a ground up, 47,240 gross square foot multi-story learning facility with over 35 classrooms, staff offices, a conference room, storage, and support facility with over 35 classrooms, staff offices, a conference room, storage, and support facilities; along with a water feature, pedestrian bridge, and 800 linear feet of sidewalks.

Coronado Island Marriott Resort and Spa
Concurrent tenant imrovement projects at the Coronado Marriott with additional ADA sitework upgrades throughout the property. This project required extensive supervision of both building structures as they simultaneously reached milestones in order to get the projects complete and turned over for public occupancy.

Lincoln Beer Company Taproom
The LBC Taproom located in Burbank was a 8,000 square foot tenant improvement project in a unique castle-themed warehouse building. Lakewood worked closely with the project owners from the initial schematic design through completion. The project required a completely new Fire Alarm & Sprinkler system, imported brick from Boston, the bar top is made from a sustainable wood product, Accoya. This project was nominated for the annual restaurant and bar design awards.

Latham & Watkins Law Office
Tenant Improvement of a three-story law office including new lobby, dining area, and restrooms. This project utilized high-end and rare finishes and had a total project contract vale over $11 Million.
