Tommy is a 6th generation Californian born and raised in the Northern California Bay Area. Tommy grew up exploring the wide variety of landscapes our coastal state has to offer and spent his summers at his Great Grandfather's hand-built log cabin in the Sierra Nevadas. Tommy gained an appreciation for the craftsmanship and techniques that were used in the early 20th century.
After studying Construction Management at Chico State University, he moved down to San Diego to start his professional career in the industry. With a background primarily in commercial tenant-improvement projects, he is familiar with working on demanding schedules and around occupied spaces. Tommy spearheads our Pre-Construction services and ensures that the field team can operate at its maximum capabilities. Detail oriented and proficient in utilizing all of his available resources, he is the keystone to our construction team.

Darrick comes from a family of contractors and was raised on Lake Michigan in the Chicagoland area. He spent his summers and weekends helping his father, an electrical contractor, and uncle dig trenches and pull wire. This led him to develop a deep respect and passion for all things construction.
He chose to follow this passion and earn his degree in construction management from Illinois State University. After earning his degree, he received a job offer in Ventura, CA and started his professional career in contracting. Fast forward to well over a decade later, he still has the same love of the construction world that he did as his father's young apprentice.
Darrick spends his free time woodworking and playing multiple musical instruments and recording music in his recording studio along with rooting on all Chicago sports teams.
As a student at the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana Alyssa discovered her affinity for construction management while running paint crews and performing upgrades to student-oriented, multi-family properties during summer breaks. Also while attending university, she had the pleasure of connecting with colleague, Darrick Ofenloch.
After performing jobsite management on commercial projects and home remodels, Alyssa is thrilled that the 15 years of friendship with Darrick will enable them to utilize their extraordinary working relationship and rapport to be of service to clients in attaining their design/build goals. She is also fluent in French.
Brian was born and raised in the South Lake Tahoe and surrounding areas, after moving to San Diego to get his degree in Construction Engineering and Management from San Diego State University he chose to stay and begin his career here in Southern California.
Brian has performed Project Management duties in a variety of hospitality, office, multi-family, and solar projects. He is diligent in all aspects of his role as a PM; including meticulously monitoring the budgets, project scopes, and contract agreements. With his calm and friendly demeanor, he is easy to talk to and fair and reasonable with both the project owner and subcontractors performing the work in the field.
As the Superintendent of Lakewood Builders, Brian Roy brings over 20 years of experience to construction, focusing on agriculture and sustainable landscapes. Originally from Michigan, Brian ran an award-winning garden design company in Key West, FL, specializing in sustainable and native landscapes.
Brian's interest and passion for traveling the world led him to study gardens and techniques from world famous landscape architects, including the famed Brazilian LA Roberto Burle Marx.
Moving to San Diego nearly 6 years ago, Brian founded Green Dragon Design, working on large scale projects throughout La Jolla, North County, and many commercial properties. In all projects, Brian's expertise is shown through design, horticulture and knowledge of nature. His work ethic and loyalty, make him an all around good guy.
Dylan is a San Diego naitive, being born in La Jolla and raised in Carlsbad. Growing up he spent his free time exploring the beaches and deserts of Southern California. As a student at San Diego State University he began interning with Lakewood Builders which sparked his interest in construction. After graduating from SDSU with a degree in Business Management, he decided to continue pursuing a career in Construction Management with Lakewood.
He continues to spend his time enjoying the various regions of San Diego county. Mountain biking on the trails of north county and scuba diving in Catalina are among his favorite activities.
