This Remodel focused on updating three restrooms, to even further enhance a beautiful home in Rancho Santa Fe. Our Lakewood Team provided custom tile showers and flooring, custom glass enclosures, and stunning new plumbing fixtures, that is sure to bring extra value to our Clients home.

This is a 745 SF ground up ADU, built using Design Path Studio's Pre Approved set of plans. This added unit will be sure to bring our clients increased property value and rental income, as well as give prospective renters an opportunity at a sleek New Construction place to live. With concrete and framing out of the ground, this job is well underway to becoming our clients vision.

Pacific Beach Remodel
We brought this Pacific Beach home down to the studs for this remodel. We have since reframed damaged wood, installed new electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, installed new windows and sliders, replaced the roof, re stuccoed the exterior, and hung all new drywall. Up next: flooring, paint, tile, and all other finishing touches.

La Mesa Accessory Dwelling Unit
What began as a sloping dirt lot in a backyard in La Mesa, has now become a ground up Granny Flat construction project. After finishing the new Foundation, Framing, Electrical, and Plumbing, we are excited to close up this ADU up and move forward with installing finishes.

Mission Beach Exterior Remodel
This Exterior Remodel brought new life to a beautiful board walk home in Mission Beach. We tore off the existing cracked stucco and brought this home back down to the Shear Panels. From there we replaced any rotted framing, updated water proofing, and installed a completely new stucco system using top of the line Acrylic Stucco. These upgrades will make this home structurally and aesthetically sound for years to come.

Kitchen and living room remodel at this stunning La Jolla home. Over 3,000 square feet of renovations including refinishing of the existing walnut flooring, new cabinets, over 10 slabs of custom quartzite countertops, new kitchen equipment, lighting, and lighting control upgrades.

400' linear feet of 7' high privacy fence, custom shed, retaining wall, and outdoor electrical infrastructure for this property in the hills of Vista. The fence has multiple man gates, vehicular gate for propane tank refilling, trash enclosure, and new mailbox. This property is undergoing further landscaping and will require some time to mature before an outdoor deck, patio cover, and Jacuzzi are installed in the future.
Rancho Bernardo Pergolas
New outdoor landscaping, concrete, and pergolas at this residence in Rancho Bernardo. The Pergolas were custom built from beautiful hand sanded and stained Redwood from Mendocino County. Finished with Simpson Outdoor Accents hardware and accessories. This project transformed the backyard of this house into an entertainers dream.
